Once the machine is up to temperature, slowly lift the lever to its highest position and wait for the brew chamber to fill with water from the boiler (pre-infusion). After about 10 seconds, pull the lever down with enough force to reach your desired brew pressure. You can instantly adjust the pressure (pressure profiling) by pulling more or less. The pressure can be viewed in dial or graph format. An "Advanced" mode will allow adjustments of all temperatures independently within given ranges. The novel group design allows two shots of espresso while minimizing trapped air.
Lever espresso machines are known for their reliability and longevity because they have fewer moving parts and are generally easier to service than pump machines. Our design only requires removal of one e-clip and four screws to gain access to all high-pressure seals and gaskets.
